Premier Fence & Deck, LLC values customer referrals and is pleased to offer a Referral Rewards Program. This program provides a 3% reward to referrers on the final sales price (before taxes) of any project they refer to our company, recognizing the trust and loyalty that these recommendations represent.

Eligibility

1. Referrer Eligibility: The program is open to all individuals aged 18 and older who refer new customers to Premier Fence & Deck, LLC.

2. Project Eligibility: Eligible projects include all residential outdoor structure installations, including but not limited to decks, fences, sheds, patios, porches, pergolas, and outdoor lighting.

Referral Rewards Structure

1. Reward Amount: The referrer will receive 3% of the final project sales price (before taxes) for each eligible project completed as a result of their referral.

2. Reward Calculation:

   • The final sales price includes all materials, labor, and any additional project costs.

   • Rewards will be calculated based on the final, invoiced amount after the project is complete and all change orders have been finalized.

Program Terms & Conditions

1. Referral Submission:

   • Referrals must be submitted directly to Premier Fence & Deck, LLC, either in person, via email, or through a designated online form, with the referral's contact information provided in advance of any contract signing.

   • The referrer must provide the name, phone number, and email (if available) of the individual they are referring.

2. Referrer Identification:

   • At the time of the initial consultation, the referred customer must confirm the referrer’s details. If the referral was not recorded prior to project commencement, the referral may not be eligible for a reward.

3. Reward Distribution:

   • Referral rewards will be issued within 30 days of receiving the final project payment from the referred customer.

   • Payment will be made either via check, direct deposit, or an agreed-upon method between the referrer and Premier Fence & Deck, LLC.

4. Limitations:

   • The Referral Rewards Program applies only to new customers; self-referrals or referrals of existing or past customers are ineligible.

   • Referrers are eligible to receive multiple rewards; however, each referral must be for a separate project or customer.

   • Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions offered by Premier Fence & Deck, LLC.

5. Right to Modify or Terminate:

   • Premier Fence & Deck, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. All referrals received prior to any such changes will be honored under the terms active at the time of referral.
