Once I've accepted the quote, when will Premier Fence & Deck get started on my project?
Many factors involved in this decision:
1)Â Customer's preference.
2) Are the materials needed, readily available or will they need to be ordered? If ordered, what's the E.T.A. for their delivery?
3) How many projects there are ahead of yours in the que? Premier Fence & Deck believes in transparency....that is to say, we do our very best to let you know upfront, the earliest possible start date, but sometimes this date cannot be kept due to any number of the things in this list, and even unforeseen family matters.
4) The weather can play a significant role in timelines. Many projects require above freezing temperatures in order to work. For example, hanging fence pickets (especially freshly treated pickets or really "green" pickets) in sub-freezing temperatures would likely cause severe wood splitting when attempting to screw the picket to the fence-line structure.
Once started, how long will it take to complete my project?
Many factors are used to answer this question: 65% depends on the project, 15% on the weather, & 15% depends on the available workforce with the remaining 5% being availability of materials and other smaller miscellaneous factors.
How big is your project? What restrictions are in place that may slow down the project?
Weather is always an obstacle and if you're familiar with Arkansas weather, you know it can change drastically with almost no warning.
Workforce readiness: Lately, it's proving to be more and more difficult finding a workforce both ready and willing to put in an honest day's work. So if you know of anyone with construction experience who's looking for a change, send them our way. There could even be a modest finders-fee in it for you as well.
Where does Premier Fence & Deck get their supplies from?
We do not endorse any one particular supplier. A few of our most frequently used suppliers (in no particular order) include Lowe's, Home Depot, Fuller & Son Hardware, Kaufman Lumber, and even Amazon (usually for harder to source (locally) hardware components of a project)
Does Premier Fence & Deck offer financing?
We will be happy to provide any information or documentation that we can which may assist you in obtaining financing, but at this time, we do not offer financing. If this changes, it will be announced here on our website.
